1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions shall be applied for purchasing in the Internet store of the FENIX Protector s.r.o. company (the seller). The terms and conditions specify in detail and clarify the rights and obligations of the seller and its customers (consumers or buyers).

2. How to order

Goods can be ordered through the e-shop or over the phone (Tel. no. 00420 318 593 641) or via e-mail (objednavky@fenix-protector.com). Each order will be confirmed by e-mail. Unless you receive our confirmation within 2 days, the order might not have been received. In this case, please contact us.

Photographs for the individual products are indicative only and may not accurately depict the actual reality.

3. Price and postage

The prices of goods are listed including 21% VAT in CZK.

Prices for products in the category “Equipment for Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic” are also listed in EUR and are INDICATIVE. The selling price is adjusted according to the current exchange rate of the CNB (Czech National Bank).

The total price for the goods shall be increased to include a charge of postage. The amount of postage can be reduced for very small consignments. The postage shall not be charged for orders over the amount of 3 000 CZK (including VAT). This discount applies only for orders in Czech and Slovak republic. Postage to the other countries is according actual offer of forwarders.

4. Terms of payment

The price of goods deivered to Czech rep.  can be paid:

• cash on delivery – price CZK 50
• by bank transfer to our account (advance payment) – free of charge

The price of goods delivered to Slovakia can be paid:

• by bank transfer to our account (advance payment) – free of charge

In case of payments by bank transfer, the goods will be reserved for 1 week. Unless the goods are paid within this deadline, the order shall be cancelled.

5. Delivery options

Delivery to Czech republic:

• by the Czech Post as a normal package (to be deposited for 7 days at the post office) at a price of CZK 120, – in the CR
• by the GLS courier service at a price of CZK 100 in the CR

Delivery to Slovakia:

• by the Czech Post as a normal package (to be deposited for 14 days at the post office) at a price of CZK 330,- (about 12 EUR depending on actual exchange rate)
• by the GLS courier service to Slovakia at a price of about CZK 200,- (about 7,5 EUR depending on actual exchange rate)

6. Delivery time

Goods are shipped within 5 working days from receipt of order. If an item is not in stock and must be produced, we inform each customer about the delivery date. The delivery of the goods is advised to customers by email.

7. Discount for professional users

We offer professional users (Army of the Czech Republic, active reserves, police, security agencies, students of military schools, etc.) a discount of 7% on some products from the price indicated in the e-shop. Discounts are not offered for products indicating that the price is final for all users.

8. Return and refunds

If the purchase contract is concluded by means of distance communication (in the e-shop), the buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract (to return the goods) without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt goods under the provisions of § 1829 par. 1 of the Civil Code. Returned goods must be unused and undamaged. If these conditions are met, we will refund the money to the buyer´s account within 7 working days.

9. Warranty

The seller provides the warranty of 24 months for all goods. The warranty does not cover damage caused by a normal wear and inadequate treatment. If claimed, the goods must be sent back to the company´s address along with a copy of the respective invoice (or respective tax receipt number).

10. Privacy policy

We do our best to protect your personal information from possible misuse. The customer information (name, address, telephone and email) are retained in accordance with applicable laws of the Czech Republic, especially the Act on Personal Data Protection no. 101/2000 Coll. as amended. All data collected from customers are used solely for internal company needs and not disclosed to third parties except for the external carriers, which are provided these data up the least extent that is necessary for the delivery of the goods.
